Some basic facilities need improvement!!! A broken toilet door lock, slow bathroom drainage, and dirty reading lamp left me disappointed. More attention to detail and prompt service would enhance the experience!!!

The dining experience at Taj Yeshwantpur is a journey in itself! The breakfast spread is spot on, and the mutton curry at dinner had my taste buds doing the tango. The staff, especially at the restaurants, are a delight, giving you that homely vibe while you chow down. Can't wait to dive into more local spots nearby like Shimmer and Upsouth next time!
I felt like I was navigating a labyrinth trying to reach customer service, which didn’t help my impression.

Excellent staff and relaxing stay!
I had a wonderful time during my stay, with courteous staff always ready to assist. The spacious Executive Suite was a delight, and the dining experience, especially the delicious mutton curry, made our evenings special. However, breakfast could be further improved in terms of variety and service speed, as it was quite crowded.

We had an amazing two-night stay, enjoying the cozy Superior Twin Room with a stunning city view, and the kids loved the fun painting activity organized by the staff! The outdoor swimming pool and spa services were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The food was decent, but I think a bit more variety would really elevate the dining experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 06eco-friendly practiceshelpful staffcomfortable roombreakfast qualityservice deficienciespoor efficiency
I stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur for two nights in a Superior Queen Room, and a few things stood out during my visit. The hotel's commitment to sustainability impressed me. They used glass water bottles and wooden toothbrushes, which felt refreshing and eco-friendly. Customer service was exceptional. Swastika was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with a minor clothing issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. Unfortunately, the breakfast service could use significant improvement. Despite having plenty of empty tables, there were long waits, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. Water wasn't served promptly, and the food quality didn't meet expectations. With a few tweaks in breakfast efficiency and attentiveness, this stay would be perfect. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and a touch of luxury.
